I'm going to miss this place. I'm sure the staff at the other MedMark are fine but I'm going to miss the staff at this location. They almost feel like family and truly cared about your well being. 😓💙💜💛

They will be closing this location on December 3 and merging all patients and staff with the sister medmark treatment center in another location in Columbus, GA...😥😥gonna miss that place!!😖😖

The Doctor who is supposed to uphold my HIPPA laws went and told another person that I was a patient of his there and the person he told had no right to know. It shouldn't surprise you that the Dr. Did that when one of the counselors was fired for actually using his patients to get drugs deals. People cane to him to get help and he sells them drugs!!!! So glad to hear that medmark took over private clinic!!!

This place has saved my life. Some of the nicest and helpful friendly staff you will ever meet.

I have had more good experiences than bad here. The lady at the front desk is courteous most days and the counselors are so-so. The program director on site puts off a vibe as if your trash but you hardly have to see him unless your unlucky and have him as a counselor. They also have good groups but make it impossible for people who work to make it to them and that's the only way to get take homes so means even though you are not taking any opioids or whatever your there for you still get "punished" because you can't make it to the groups. In my mind as long as your working and not taking whatever it is that got you there, (opioids,heroin) then they should work with all others to try to make their experience better.

This clinic has been a big help to me dealing with my addiction problems. You have a assigned councilor to talk with about your treatment, and any problems you may have. The administrator is very knowledgeable and involved. The nurses, and all the staff are very friendly. I have been a methadone maintenance patient for quite some time, and Medmark has been a big part of my life living free of opiates. It's a good place.

Great clinic! We patients are treated with respect and dignity by the staff, especially by the administrator and my councelor. They are willing to go above and beyond to meet your special requests, which other clinics in the area I've been a previous patient at before do not do. The doctor has a lot of experience, and is smart and right down to business. I get "free" counseling, as much as I need. I have a great amount of trust with my counselor who had been there for support through some really rough times. My fiancés conselor is a new conselor and is brilliant and fully dedicated as well. The staff in general are just really personable. I am in the process of completing my treatment and I'm encouraged to do so with help every step of the way if need be.

This treatment center was a blessing for me and my family. They gave me the chance to get my life back and treat me with respect. The administrator is a great man who really cares about the people who go here. You aren't treated like badly like most people see addicts. The staff treat the patients with respect, hold people accountable for their actions, and rewards their accomplishments. If anyone in the area needs help with opiate addiction this is the place they should go for help.
