My daughter Carlie Rose spent about a month at Magnolia in 2016. We were directed there by Dr.Kenneth Olsen. He was a God send. Carlie met several counselors and made many friends. They were all blessings to our lives. Carlie got better at Magnolia and we as a family worked well with Magnolia. Carlie was unique in that she wanted to help as much as she wanted to be helped. More from her faith in Jesus than anything. Overall it was a blessing. Carlie(21ys) went to Heaven in May of this year from struggles with Type 1 -,juvenile diabetes. She was unique in that she struggled with both diabetes and Eating disorders. Eating disorders and diabetes are a very bad combination. But her legacy and faith continues to this day. Eating disorders are real and some Insurance companies do not acknowledge or recognize them. Magnolia and Dr.Olsen went above and beyond to help us. I pray for anyone reading this to acknowledge their condition and seek help. Ultimately our help was through our savior Jesus Christ and Magnolia was a catalyst for that help.
