I'm going to miss this place. I'm sure the staff at the other MedMark are fine but I'm going to miss the staff at this location. They almost feel like family and truly cared about your well being. 😓💙💜💛

They will be closing this location on December 3 and merging all patients and staff with the sister medmark treatment center in another location in Columbus, GA...😥😥gonna miss that place!!😖😖

The Doctor who is supposed to uphold my HIPPA laws went and told another person that I was a patient of his there and the person he told had no right to know. It shouldn't surprise you that the Dr. Did that when one of the counselors was fired for actually using his patients to get drugs deals. People cane to him to get help and he sells them drugs!!!! So glad to hear that medmark took over private clinic!!!

This place has saved my life. Some of the nicest and helpful friendly staff you will ever meet.

I have had more good experiences than bad here. The lady at the front desk is courteous most days and the counselors are so-so. The program director on site puts off a vibe as if your trash but you hardly have to see him unless your unlucky and have him as a counselor. They also have good groups but make it impossible for people who work to make it to them and that's the only way to get take homes so means even though you are not taking any opioids or whatever your there for you still get "punished" because you can't make it to the groups. In my mind as long as your working and not taking whatever it is that got you there, (opioids,heroin) then they should work with all others to try to make their experience better.

This is an amazing place!! If you work treatment, this place can and will change your life. It changed my life for the better and I am now able to be the mother to my 5 children that I have wanted to be. I used for over 15 years and I now have over 2 years clean. If you listen and take the advice of the counselors, attend groups, and want to be clean then this is the place for you. Amazing counselors who listen and actually care about you and how you do in treatment. The ones bashing this place are mad that THEY fail drug screens and want to put blame on anyone other then themselves. Do what you need to do and this place will help you!!! I would recommend anyone who wants help and wants to be clean to come here!! Private clinic has saved my life no doubt about it!! I wouldn't be here and I definitely wouldn't be a mom to my children. I have also met some amazing people coming here who are like my family. Groups have helped me so much and I wouldn't be here without them. Courtney, Jeff and even the new counselor Jan are all awesome people and I wouldn't be where i am without them. Thanks so much for everything y'all have done for me to be where i am now.

I am receiving the help I need, I Love this place. The staff is caring, helpful and can notice when my day is not so good, they will give me the support I need to make it better. My counselor is amazing, very knowledgeable of different ways to help us all and say the right things at the right time, most of all she takes the time to really listen. I love the groups, I can be myself and I'm never judged. Thank you Private clinic I would not be where I am today if it wasn't for All of the support.

I'm honestly shocked at a couple of the reviews on here. I'm shocked that a former counselor would say such horrible things. Private Clinic has saved lives, families and children's childhoods with what they offer. They offer you your life back. That is priceless. I have also visited other clinics around Georgia and Tennessee from weekends away with my family and I am so grateful for having Private Clinic near me. The other clinics don't even compare. It's nice, clean, friendly and the staff are like friends to me. I look forward going to see them in the mornings when I start my work day. The other clinics I've been to were more like a government run business where there are no feelings of comfort or friendliness. I just feel the need to write this as someone who has been coming to Private Clinic for a couple of years now. I wish I could grab every adict I've ever known and bring them here because it is truly a life changer/life saver. Yes I pay $11 a day, but that is NOTHING compared to what I used to spend each day. I was basically paying pill dealers mortgage's with my hard earned money. No more! Now I am able to pay for a week long vacation on the beach comfortably with my family. All thanks go to Private Clinic for giving me the stability to work on ME. I no longer look in the mirror and hate who I see ❤️

Very friendly, very caring staff. Not like the other facilities in town, they actually care for and about your well-being. I'm not much of a group person but the groups there are not like AA or NA, they are not as cold feeling they are much better and have been a great help in the process. You can't go wrong here.
