I would say 5 stars (or 4 1/2) but sometimes the service is kind of slow at the window. They have several windows but typically only use 1 or 2. The staff is however very friendly. The counselors are very nice and approachable/ down to earth. The owners are nice. I'd recommend it. This place helped me a lot, I'm sure I don't need to explain. "Treatment", is definitely worth it.
